We had a business exchange with Roger Yunker dba Neon Highlights, LLC not too long ago. It appears he was dissatisfied with the product and did not read the dimensions in the advertisement or is not able to follow instructions. The item was shipped to the address shown on this page. When I called Roger he proceeded to talk over me and was very hard to understand. It sounded like he was choking down three or four quarter pounders. Needless to say he was very hard to understand and then he proceeded to hang up on me.



He had every opportunity to have at least contacted us for an exchange or a refund which he did not do. Also, depending on the computer image the size of the whistle is very close to the picture. That does vary from computer to computer.



On our sight on eBay it clearly states to contact us if there is a problem. Roger made no effort to contact us and with just over 50 transactions plus on eBay to date he has only left negatives for others. He even left negatives for a Girl Scout selling cookie jars. This is someone I would recommend Not Doing Business With, Period. If we had the option we would have declined his business after viewing his negative feedback profile. If this is the way he conducts business on eBay we can just imagine how he conducts himself in the business world in general. Caveat Emptor!

They did a Christmas gift that needed to be shipped to Pennsylvania for my Dad. Lisa sent me a picture of the final product. It was absolutely beautiful. They did an incredible job. They duplicated a picture, of my Dad's Dog that just reasonly pasted away., in Neon. The Dog was outlined in purple neon with aquamarine features. My Dad was really thrilled and it arrived in perfect shape just before Christmas. This sign was worth every penny.
