I haven't been to OTB in a while, so decided to order delivery. I ordered one 3 item combo and 1 fajitas meal. The food I got was horrible. There was a quarter cup of beans and rice for each meal. The rice tasted like it was from a package. The tamale tasted worse than anything I've bought from the freezer section grocery store. The 'stuff' inside was horrible, hard and very dry! What was it? .. menu said pork. The chicken tinga enchilada was disgusting! The chicken tasted old, sauce was ok. The empanadas hit the trash. Steak and chicken fajitas tasted like the meat was old. The sides (sour cream, guac, cheese, pico) were barely enough for one small fajita. The tortillas were hard. The queso/guacamole appetizer was brown and tasted like it was leftover. I am not pleased with this considering how much I paid. I picked at it and most went in the trash. I thought I would have enough for 2 meals. I won't be going to or ordering from this place again.

My husband and I love going to Mexican restaurants. Usually when we go to "On the Border" the food is pretty good and most of the time a "safe" choice. But, the last time we went there it was a huge disappointment and we have not been back since. First, a young waitress scolded me for getting in her way as she was trying to get to the drink station and kept walking by our table the rest of the evening glaring at me. Second, our waitress we very nice but kept getting our drink orders mixed up and took forever to get the correct order. Lastly and most important, the food really was bad. To me it tasted like a t.v. dinner microwaved, very rubbery and tasteless. I got chicken fajitas and the chicken didn't really even taste like chicken, rubbery mystery meat? The so called "vegetables" were burnt and stuck to the bottom of the pan. Seeing that there are plenty of decent mexican restaurants out there we will not return to this "Mexican" chain.
