I called the number list for Jeanette Greene to inquire about this property. She has since removed her name from the listing, but the company remains the same.
If you are looking for a property manager, I would avoid this company. I am a potential renter who will not rent any of the homes managed by this company. I called to inquire about a property on 13993 Windy Oaks Road. The lady that answered was very short "What do you need?" she stated. I told her I was interested in the property. She said "How long?" with an annoyed type demeanor. I ask "Well how long is it available for?". She said, "You tell me how long you need it and I will let you know if it available". I said, "alright, 9 to 12 months". She immediately replied, "Nope, not going to work, sorry!". I said, "Well how long would work, I asked you what the availability is and you won't answer that, I don't understand why the availability is a secret?". She said "Is there anything else?". I said "Yes, do the clients that hire you know how you treat potential customers?'. She hung up. This was the entire conversation.
