was there for over an 1 hr and a half never even got to see someone. Very rude staff, unprofession, i requested someone not being in my room, and they called me inconsiderate. The whole reason why that person wanted to be in my room while im sick was to stock the room back up. which should have been done before i was even put in the room. I have strep throat.They had no tissues in the room. Had to ask for them. If you want to lay in a bed for over an hr just to get disrespected go here. if you dont want that go somewhere.

I thought were very caring for my Bronchitis episode I had been in distress for about 24 hrs. And was really feeling it.

from the moment I walk in the door, I will just say from the receptionis to xray, vitals being taken immediately by a nurses name I did not get, I would just like to say thanks for the care.

I have been doing several annual regular doctor visits lately and once they find out you smoke it is like why should I waste my time on you.

This visit was refreshing.

I have 5 children and I have taken them all to this urgent care about 2 years ago I use to recommend this place to everyone but now it is a joke!! They use to be nice and fast 2 hour wait time max, now it's about 5 hours if not more seriously!!! No joke the nurse Debbie is so rude everytime! Her and Solange very rude and non caring the place is dirty and disgusting I am questioning myself as to why I always come back I am here right now waiting I have been here since 9 am it is now 12 pm all I hear is the unprofessional nurses chatting away and cussing! Please do your self a favor and DO NOT COME HERE!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW believe me I could go on and on just take it from me I've been coming for about 6 years DO WASTE YOUR TIME! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS YOU USE TO BE THE BEST NOW YOUR JUST DOWN RIGHT AWFUL!!!
