Provided by YP.comI just returned from the dentist and want to thank them for their patience and kindness. Great staff! I was very anxious and they were all extremely patient and understanding. I hate needles, but didn't feel a thing. Procedure was excellent. Highly recommended!! (Lana did a great job too! :) )

Provided by YP.comMy daughter and I have gone to Perfect Teeth for the past four years. We have had great experiences with all of the doctors and the dental hygienist. The office staff are friendly.

Provided by YP.comGreat office. I reffer my whole family here. They have every specialty under the same roof and they all take the same insurance. The prices here are way better than my private practice dentist.

Provided by YP.comI went to Perfect Teeth for an evaluation on a broken tooth. The dentist told me he couldn't fill it, I needed a root canal, and six cavities filled. The dentist was rude, and short. So, I left and went to see another dentist who filled my tooth and told me I did not have any other cavities. To add insult to injury for the last six months Perfect Teeth have been billing me and my insurance company for three composite fillings. I have called and complained multiple times and finally resorted to calling my insurance company and explaining why they shouldn't pay the claim.

I visited their office in Albuquerque. While I was in the chair, they explained that services would be cheaper if I joined their plan [my first mistake].They told me it was only $12 a month - so I said yes.I had an exam and an x-ray. When I went to pay the bill, they said the only way to join their 'insurance plan' was if I had a monthly debit of $12 or paid the entire year [$144]I said I didn't have the money for the whole year, and that I learned the hard way about automatic debits. [At the point I said yes to the plan, I didn't know the details]I said, I'll pay the entire year when I come back next week for treatment. The manager said NO - that she would have to charge me a higher amount for the exam and x-ray if I did it that way - because I wasn't yet a member. This was an emergency visit - late on the day before New Years - so I said -- okay - I'll give you a check - but I can't get to the bank until Saturday [the day after New Years].Well, as luck would have it - we b

Provided by YP.comI went to Perfect Teeth with an abscess. I was referred to three dentist in the one office within a matter of one hour. The dentist who did the evaluation, referred me to another dentist in the same office. I was in the chair before I was told I was there for an extraction. That was the first I knew they were going to pull my tooth. I stopped everything at that point. Then I was referred to another dentist--in the same office--for another evaluation to see if a root canal could save the tooth. After completing the antibiotic period, I went back for the root canal.
I have never had a such a rough, heavy-handed dental experience. I have had a couple root canals before, and of course, they are not a pleasant experience, but neither were they terrible. The root canal at Perfect Teeth was terrible. Several shots, and my head was jerking up and down during the procedure while the dentist cleaned out the roots. AND THEN...a small piece of metal from the hardware he used was left between my tooth and the gum. I was told there would be pain for several weeks after the procedure, so I just lived with that piece of metal (not knowing what was causing the problem at that time). I went to an emergency clinic when my jaw started to swell, and the dentist on duty found the metal piece and removed it. The swelling was gone by the next morning.
The people working in this office were highly stressed, and you could see and hear it while they went about their duties. Communication within the office was dreadful. They are separated by only a few steps, but there was a complete breakdown between the room where I had my evaluation and across the hall to the next office.
This office is understaffed and overworked, and that does not bode well for patients. The corporate business model practiced at Perfect Teeth is broken. I am looking for a family dentist practice now. Oh, and the billing process is broken, too.
