This place is awful! We waited 45 min for an employee to help us purchase a lizard! When one of the employee's asked the manager to help he said he we would just have to wait! The worst customer service ever!

I bought a guinea pig from here and when i got him home I immediately got him a bath ready, when i took him out of the travel box i realised right awayhe was extremely underweight. I could feel his ribs, his spine and his pelvic bones easly sticking out, he was very fluffy but that was it. Then while giving him his bath i noticed scabs all over his body, the other guinea pigs had been biting him. Less than ten days later I hear him make a funny noise and go to check on him and he is laying on his side convulsing and gasping for air. I checked his airway to see if he was choking and there was nothing there. It was late at night and there was no option to get him to a vet where i live. I left a message with the on call vet hopeing she would get back to me in time but i didnt get a call till the next day and he had already died. She said that he had died from a upper respiratory intection and he had to have gotten it from the pet store. I held that poor thing gasping for air in his blankie for two hours trying to make his passing as comfortable as possible. I would not recomend buying an animal from here. Its not about the money to me at all but they had the nerve to charge $40 for an animal to go to a loving home and put my family through that and that poor animal through that. Its sickening.
