My wife and I bought a car there yesterday. The experience was better than expected. We have had a few bad experiences at a couple other dealerships recently. Jesi Vogl was the salesperson and was very cordial and understanding to work with. Dave Leiker, finance manager, is a master at financing. He is truly a miracle worker. I highly recommend them to anyone. Mention Carson for a complimentary smile!

Excellent customer service! We were dealing with some recalls on our 2013 Ford Fiesta in which the 2 back doors would not stay closed. Scary right!? Ford store North did not even return our phone calls until after they discovered PHIL LONG LINCOLN was now taking care of us and contacted them regarding a separate recall that they had performed and was not fixed correctly. They not only fixed North stores mistakes, and the doors, but found a third recall on our car and took care of business! They communicated with me the entire time and acted like they actually cared about the fact the car only has 41000 miles on it and had so many problems. Proves that all dealerships are not created equal for sure. Take your car to The Lincoln store in Motor City because they deliver 5 star service!

Worst experience I have ever had at a ford dealership, call several people several time and didn't get no return call. Carried truck to another repair shop and had it fixed in no time. Was not a happy camper. I am on my third ford truck and love my truck not so for Phil Long ford motor city. Colorado Springs, co. I would give you a { 0 } star rating if that was an option. I guess you are too ashamed of your service to make that an option. Lost days of work for me.

I took my E450 in for a couple of issues. They did a good job of troubleshooting the issues and getting back to me with their recommendation and cost. The work was done as promised and under the cost estimate. I am very pleased with my service experience. Thanks Paul R for a job well done.

I went in yesterday for a check up because my SUV was making an odd noise. I check in with Alix, a very polite and helpful lady. After my vehicle was taken in they found that a tire rod needed replacement and they informed me of the issue and gave me a total estimate. I went along with the repair and when it came to paying Alix had done a great job with the estimate because it came out exact. I could not be happier with the service I received.

I was very satisfied with the Service dept. They are always very courteous and helpful. The last 2 times I was there for service I have tried to speak with someone in management about my experience with the body shop last summer and fall. I have been promised a call back numerous time to no avail. The auto body shop did a POOR job on my new F150 pickup. It was in the shop 5 times for repairs and the people I spoke with couldn't have cared less about my concerns. To this date still no answers to my concerns from management. Having purchased 3 vehicles from Phil Long in the past I will NOT be a repeat customer.

I recently took my car to their Collision Center after a minor accident. While the process took longer than anticipated (they found some additional damage not discovered in the initial survey), their staff was very friendly, explained everything and sent me regular updates throughout the process. I certainly don't want to get into another accident, but if I do, I will go to them again without a second thought.

Just bought a new Ford Focus. This being my second time buying at Phil long, I can't stress how great an experience it is. The staff are friendly and helpful, the selection is good ( though admittedly they were out of the model of focus I was really after). I would recommend Phil long to anyone lookin to buy a ford here in Colorado Springs.

By far the best experience I have had with buying a car. A refreshing experience to be able to walk into Phil Long, tell Kevin what I wanted, what I could afford, and actually achieve the desired results. Everything from start to finish, these guys are professional and genuine. The vehicle i wanted was on site, had a low tire which they temporarily fixed for the test drive and after the purchase, insisted on me bringing it back to check all tires. They found a nail, and at no charge it was fixed. I appreciate and thank you for the opportunity to work with you guys and I look forward to bringing back my vehicle for services and purchasing future vehicles. I recommend Phil Long to anyone in the market for a new or used car. My family Thanks you

We purchased a used Expedition last Saturday from Phil Long Ford in Colorado Springs. While driving home to Fort Collins the truck indicated it was overheating and stranded us near DIA on E-470. I called the salesman Tim Locke and left a message that we were stranded. So it's 6:00pm on Saturday night and we're stranded in the middle of nowhere in a used truck we just bought "AS IS".......

Tim called us back in 10 minutes and told us "We're coming to get you". Tim and another salesman Kevin Sulman came with a loaner car and a tow truck. We drove home in the loaner and he towed our new used Expedition back to Colorado Springs. Phil Long Ford fixed the bad thermostat during the next week and then delivered the truck to us in Fort Collins. We are so happy and grateful for Tim Locke and the trustworthy Phil Long Ford dealership in Colorado Springs, CO.

Have always had great service. Whomever is behind the counter or answering my calls has always been professional, courteous, and thorough. The personnel does change quite often but so far it hasn't been an issue. The mechanics do an awesome job we obviously wouldn't be riding around if they didn't so THANK YOU for all your hard work. Just wish it wasn't getting so expensive to own and operate a vehicle.

I took my car to the dealership for an oil change. They found two parts that needed replacing without my prompting (I knew about it but neglected to mention ). Everything from meeting the advisor (Jose Lopez) , to working with him, to the service itself was wonderful. Timing and discounts were good. It was an excellent change from the incredibly negative experiences I had previously at this dealership.
