Christian Allen got me the terms and payments that worked for me and JJ in service got my car in near new condition. I was very pleased overall.

Provided by YP.comStay away from their service department!!! They use shoddy parts and do shoddy work. And you can't go in without them recommending thousands of dollars of shoddy work!!!!
Have been a great customer at Phil Long Hyundai for years. I own a 2003 Elantra and a 2012 Sonata that I paid almost $30k in cash for. Over the years I've paid thousands of dollars in recommended maintenance and repairs on the Elantra. My daughter who's a single Mom of 3 drives this car. I've always wanted to make sure she had a safe car. Seems every time she went in for a simple oil change she came home with a laundry list of recommended repairs or maintenance and I would shell out the money always to the tune of a couple thousand or more.
Last job was two years ago $3100 on a cv boot/joint, which typically has a life span of 150000 and a clutch. After just a year and a half and 25000 miles the cv joint went. She paid a mechanic friend to replace it.
Then at the two year mark the clutch goes!!! She has driven a clutch for 16 years and is not a hard driver on the clutch. They told me to have her bring the car in after I contacted them and told them two major parts on an expensive job like this go. Something is seriously wrong! Either shoddy parts and/or shoddy workmanship. I told them this needs to be made right. Well he certainly understood he told me why I was upset. Don't worry we'll take a look at the car.
She's up there an hour and I get a call wanting me to authorize $750 in labor for them to pull the transmission just to take a look at it!!!!
Going down there and talking to their service manager didn't do a damn bit of good. He wanted me to me him halfway, I suppose he meant half the $750. Absolutely not! These people have soaked me for my last dime and they will NEVER get another penny out of me.
This is how they treat Good customers. Can I give them 0 stars rating? No I have to give them a 1 but they don't even deserve that!!! Asswipes
