When I first visited the dealership I should have known the quality of cars they were saleing when the first couple cars they showed me were dirty on the inside and out. But I found a car I wanted and purchased it. Little did I know the the car I bought would breakdown four times and end up costing me well over $5000 dollars in repairs. I understand that you take some risk in buying a used car but all these repairs within a year you would expect their checks on vehicles before they sols them would be more thorough and that your check engine light would not come on within a week of purchase. I am very disappointed in there service department as well. Every time the vehicle was brought into services for the check engine light they assured me that was the problem but within 48 hours the check engine light would come back on. The sales man are Lacking in customer courtesy as well. The sales man I had was very pushy and gave me a song and dance on how the economy was slow so that why I should pay more for my vehicle. It was very uncomfortable. I recently came back from a deployment from Afghanistan you think I want hear about a salesmans personal problems. Overall I would never do business with them or recommend them to a friend. Please chose another dealership when looking for a used car. I hope who ever read this takes this as a warning.

The Phil Long organization is by the far the most unscrupulous business in Colorado Springs. Their dishonorable character and complete lack of professionalism tarnish Motor City. The level of disrespect toward customers and employees is shocking and should be advertised to anyone even thinking of interacting with this company in any way.

I was with my daughter and son in law when they purchased a vehicle. The sale seemed to go well but it wa the follow up that was not good. The kids called the dealership several times with no return calls. I tried calling with no answer. At this point, I would not recommend Phil Long Ford to my worst enemy.

We have purchased a used truck from Phil Long Ford's used car department in - Motor City !Great truck, great service and best of all I felt I received a great deal. I would reccomend Phil Long Ford's used car department to anyone looking for a good quaility used car for a fair price. I would buy from them again!

They were efficient, supportive, courteous, and went out of their way to find the best deal and all discounts that applied. I bought a car from Phil Long Ford in Dec 2008. I was treated with nothing but respect. The salesperson I worked with was very professional as well as the financing manager. This is the second vehicle I have purchased and I am very happy with this dealer.

I would never buy from Phil Long Ford. We spent too much time being jerked around by this dealership. We knew what we wanted, had the specs, desired options, and employee discount information printed out only to be told the car we wanted did not come with those options. Had to show the dealership our research and the print outs from the manufacture web page that the car did come with the options wanted. Several visits later and further jerking around by the account/floor manager, decided to go with another dealership with absolutely no negative experience. Thank you Heuberger!
