I have used Pierce roofing twice for roof replacement. I didn't think the second time was necessary but my insurance company recommended it. I used Class 4 shingles for both roofs. Every aspect of the replacement was done in a timely and very professional manner. They also did gutter replacement over 15 years ago. Gutters work fine and still look almost brand new. I am now considering having debris filters installed. Pierce roofing is a highly respectable, family owned company that will not fleece your insurance company for every penny they can get like most other local, fly-by-night & out-of-state roofers do. Coming from a construction background and knowing what to expect, I wouldn't even consider using anyone else!!!

I hired Brain Pierce Roofing to replace the gutters on my commercial building in 2014.

They had to come back to do some modifications so that the water would drain properly and avoid water from pouring into my building, they came back months later and did the modification on most of the gutters but there was still a 6' section that was not done correctly and I still had water pouring into my building. I have called them over a half a dozen time and asked them to repair that section, they essentially gave me the run around telling me that Jason the guy who looked at my project would give me a call back and would stop in a see me. Needless the say none of those things happened on 3 occasions, I finally called back and spoke with Jason and he promised to come by in a 2 week period, that didn't happen and on one occasion a different gentleman told me to find another company to finish fixing there problem. To this date I still have never heard from anyone at Brian Pierce Roofing and I would never do business with them again and I find it disgusting and appalling that they don't support Small Business and keep there word. I would seriously consider using another company that is more supportive after the initial installation and honors there commitment to a job well done.
