PPOD was the only company that could come out on the same day for an estimate, when others said it would be as much as 5 before they could get to me. My garage door was literally hanging by a single cable, and almost completely off the track. They did the job quickly the next morning, and for the estimated price, even though the job turned out to require more than initially expected. Very happy with them.

The spring broke on my door and this was the only company who was able to come out the same day. They were also cheaper than a couple others that I called. I had a coupon too, which they honored.

I called them to request an appt for a free estimate. Never heard from them. I had to call them back (first trigger right there). Well I called to get an appointment scheduled and the guy came on the phone didn't seem friendly or enthused about possible business (second trigger). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an appt anyways. The guy and I talked about if they would allow a payment arrangement of $200 for 4 months and he said he would talk to his boss and see; if not then his Father owns his own garage door company and could possibly arrange that for me. The guy said he would call me back the next day and it has been a couple weeks now and still have not heard from him or his Father (Final trigger). I would not recommend this company to anyone just by the lack of professional customer services.

Pikes Peak door has been to my house 4 times to repair our door in less than 4 months. Came first time to give door a check up, tighten stuff, balance tension etc. Worked great for awhile then a cable fell off and all glass in door broke. Not sure this was our fault since they had just been there to do a check up on the door. We paid to have it fixed and the glass replaced. Then a spring broke. Again this wasn't their fault, "springs get old". We again paid to have the springs replaced. Now a screw fell out of opener mechanism. It bent the mechanism, bowed the door and cracked glass. Again this wasn't their fault. Jeremy said it was under warranty and they would be out to replace glass. Never heard from them. I call and owner says it isn't their fault and they won't pay to replace glass. DO NOT use this company.
