Great company to rent from. Never had any issues at all and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

This company will find a way to steal your money in late fees and they don't return phone calls, nor do they provide accurate information. I would recommend finding a more ethical company.

This company is absolutely horrible and unethical. The home was filthy when we moved in. The carpet, walls, kitchen and hardwood floors were disgusting. They clearly did not clean the home or do a walk through. We had to deep clean for several days. Just moved out, left the home in 100% better condition than when we moved in. They found a way to keep some of our deposit. Funny how anything positive about them is from an owner not a renter. Rules and contracts protect them not renters. If you are a good, honest renter...... find another company. They will find a way to keep (steal) your money.

This company is unethical and will use your deposit even if you have a cleaning crew come in they will still charge for cleaning and keep at least half your deposit. They will charge you for landscapeing even though it was not done for you. They will charge for nail removal from walls even if you have done this and repaired the walls. They are a true slumlord Character. They say you can dispute these charges but the girl on the phone basicly said they will take your request under advisement but will not return moneis. Does this sound ethical to you? They may try to dispute this review but who would you trust them to tell the truth? or People that have rented from them.
