Josh is so helpful.
He spent so much time explaining things to me, as a new RV owner, I am still learning about it.
He is so knowledgable, he took his time and patiently explained so much to me I really appreciate all the help.
I would recommend his service at anyone with an RV.
You won't be disappointed!

The crew at Pro Tech is pretty amazing - let me explain. I wanted to buy an 11-year old camper van from a local guy in Colorado Springs. Problem was that I live in Houston. I looked up RV repairs shops and found Pro Tech. Brennan (in the front office) got everything set up so that the seller could bring the van in and the shop guys would do a thorough check-up of all the RV systems as well as the automotive systems (for a darn reasonable price too). The checkup happened and the guys gave the van one thumb up with some service recommendations (tune-up, filters, transmission service). This gave me the confidence to agree to purchase the van. The seller and I struck a deal and the van came back to Pro Tech for servicing. The next week I flew to Colorado and met the seller. The van looked great and felt great on the test drive. Money was exchanged for title. Woopee! I now own a camper van!!! About 10 minutes later I was driving down the road to visit parents in AZ. Along the way I camped and tried out all the RV systems, everything worked pretty much perfectly except for one thing: the transmission was leaking. I called Pro Tech up and asked about it and Josh suggested I bring it in for service at a transmission shop. If it was leaking from the seal, Josh said he would cover the cost of the repair because the pan must have been put on too tight. It turned out that's what it was and it was easily fixed. I emailed the invoice to Brennan who had a check in the mail to me the next day!
These guys are good. They made it possible to complete a crazy long-distance transaction by accurately evaluating the vehicle and then getting the repair work done on time. They were good to their word about transmission leak. They were easy to deal with, helpful and responsive. Thanks Brennan and Josh!!! I love my funky camper van!

We brought in our Carriage 5th wheel to have the drive gear replaced on the kitchen slide out; and all of the staff at Pro Tech, from Brennan to Josh, and especially Mitch went out of their way to fix our problem. The job was very difficult, and much more complicated than we had originally thought; but Mitch refused to be daunted and completed the repairs in an extremely professional manner. Five stars are not enough for them!

Thanks Josh for helping out my parents in their time of need. You assisted us in fixing the jack that broke on their trailer and did so on the 4th of July. I would highly recommend Josh for his service, efficiency in completing the work and the reasonable price charged to my parents.

Recently had Josh Blalock of Pro Tech RV come past our place to attend to a number of issues left unresolved by other local RV repair facilities. It was obvious from our first meeting that Josh had the experience to repair what was needed, in a timely, and professional manner. Explaining exactly what would be needed to do to repair our unit. Pro Tech's huge advantage is being a mobile operation which comes to you, rather then you going to them. If you require any RV repair service in, and around the Colorado Springs area, give then a try. You won't be disappointed.
