We used this hotel for it's Park and Fly Service. We choose it because they offered regular, free rides in their shuttle to the airport. The other hotel in the area did not run their shuttle early enough for us to make our 6a flight and we would have had to hire a taxi to get to the airport. Upon returning, it was nice to be picked up in a nice warm shuttle and delivered right to our vehicle.Although the exterior is nothing to write home about, once you get inside, you can tell they are continuously cleaning, updating and upgrading. The service is superior. The rooms are clean and the linens on the sleep number beds are high quality.The big pool is enclosed in a large glass atrium with walls that can open to the nice grass courtyard in the summer. The hot tub, which is under a Gazebo just outside the pool house, is one of the largest I have seen. It was a treat to sit outside in the hot tub in the snow.The Bistro food and service was excellent.The room, ride and vehicle p
