Rona is truly amazing! I had back surgery 3 years ago; and after a big move my sciatica came back, I had an MRI done and the doctor told me I will probably need another surgery because I have two more herniated disks pressing on my sciatic nerve; I got into Colorado Springs on a Sunday night after a long drive, the drive was fine but somehow I made a sudden movement and I was soon in so much pain, debilitating pain that keeps me from being active, keeps me in bed, and doesn't let me get well or stretch or move or sit or lay down... just a terrible existence. I had been on anti inflammatory medicine, doing physical therapy and resting and nothing would take the pain away. I came into Rona's clinic the morning after I got into Colorado Springs, and I can truly say that she's a miracle worker. I had been to acupuncture before and had never seen such an efficient and immediate relief. By the third visit I was able to walk, exercise, had a restful sleep, and was basically pain free! Although the tingling on my leg still needs to get better. But seriously, Rona was a Godsend! I am so happy to have found her and trust her completely with my care. She actually also cares about how I'm feeling. The sessions are amazingly relaxing! I tend to go on deep meditations or fall asleep when I go in for a a session. Thank you so much Rona!! Had steroid injections in my hands for severe arthritis; helped for 2-3 weeks then the pain returned (I couldn't even pull up my socks w/o excruciating pain). Went to Rona's and, after 3 treatments, my pain was almost gone. Continued additional treatments for maintenance for a couple of months (1x/week). Since then (a year and-a-half ago) I have been pain free! Dr. Rona uses acupressure when she inserts the needles and you don't even feel them! A definite plus for the needle-phobic! I Highly Recommend Dr. Rona!!
