Not a good experience. He charged A LOT of money to replace water pump the whole time complaining about the previous repair person and then complained to my wife about a previous customer who said the repairs he did didn't fix the issue and said "it's just stupid people not knowing how to work their s**t". He left the pump attached with one screw and not where it was originally. When I called him on it he ended up calling me names and telling me "I know where you live!". Definitely don't recommend!

Came out to our site to repair our generator and fridge. We told them what the issues were and then went on with our vacation plans. We called several hours later to find out that they changed the oil in the generator, cleaned a few parts on the fridge, and left. They claimed the generator was running fine but they never turned on anything to see if it would run under a load, which was our issue in the first place. One we were on the road and needed to crank up the generator we discovered it still didn't work. We called to complain and were told it probably needed the carburetor fixed. Umm..... Why didn't they fix it? Isn't that what we paid them for? The fridge wasn't any better either. We had to keep it packed with ice the whole trip. Like I said, useless!

Provided by YP.comA traveling wash service sprayed water inside my refrigerator vent shorting out a circuit board. Ron responded by phone immediately, diagnosed the problem via cell phone pics, arrived within the hour with parts in hand and quickly repaired the issue. He was friendly and professional. I will use him again.

Provided by YP.comRon should trade in his truck for a Gypsy wagon. I watched him (diagnose) my generator stating on the bill it had a bad solenoid and would need other repairs at his shop. EST> $1200 Then he went to work on the A/C unit. After flicking the main switches several times the unit started working. He told me the switches were bad and I could replace them myself. I had a master HVAC person look at it and stated the configuration of wiring was the most complex he had ever seen and that there is no way an untrained individual could do the task. I guess that's why Ron did not fix it. So after 1 &1/2 hours of DIAGNOSIS and a service call of $65 totol $217 I was no better off than the day before he came. We had a payment agreement in advance of his work and when I realized the best thing to do was to pay him in cash I was confronted by Ron with words I would not state here. So in closing, before you get so desperate to call Ron's RV Repair. Get a chickens foot some feathers and a bag of rice. Begin shaking them all at the problem chanting and save yourself the $$$$. It's about all he did.

Provided by YPmobileI highly recommend Ron Repair Service! We had a power surge in our fifth wheel which destroyed anything that was plug in including ice box and converter. We called him and not only did he come out same day and on Sunday he had all the parts and had us back running in no time. His prices are extremely fair and his very educated on RV repairs. The next day we were in another city and had a different problem with our RV. Our brakes lock up on the safety brake! Now what do we do? We called Ron and he guided us on what to do. Thank You Ron For All Your Help!!!

Provided by YP.comRon Would not keep scheduled appointment, Ron said he could come Tuesday, but didn’t show or call, then said he didn’t make appointments. He said I didn’t have to be there, and that I could leave a check. When he demanded payment he said cash or credit card only no checks. and wanted me sign a blank bill of sale before completing the job. Because I would not Give in to his demands he destroyed the new refrigerator that was partially installed, (drilling into the refrigerator coil). Ron will incur the cost for damaging the new refrigerator. Good Luck using this business.

Don't know who owned this place a few years ago, but this Guy (the Owner) quoted one price and charged another...When I questioned his figures he just called me a SUCKER....Wouldn't use him again if we were stranded for days before someone else could help us. Try anyone else, or get his quote in WRITING before he starts working. He knew we were from out of state and I think he takes advantage of that in his business tactics,

Provided by YP.comRon did some body work on our travel trailer as a result of a tire blowing out on the way to a campground. He was able to order parts and then do the repair work on-site, which allowed us to keep using our camper. Had we taken our camper to the dealer, they would have kept it for weeks. Ron did a great job and we would highly recommend him! Thank you!

Provided by YP.comI was quite skeptical after reading the "horror stories".. My RV heater went out 2 months ago, and have been looking for a heater repair in the Woodland Park area. After calling the local propane office and receiving a number from one of their "trusted" repairmen, and calling him, he informed me that he was physically unable to do the work, but gave me the name and number of Ron's RV repair. I called and was able to obtain an appointment the next day. A young man arrived the following day, analyzed the situation and proceeded to repair my Hydro-Flame heater. It took this young man a short time to complete the job and he presented me with a very fair bill, which included the work and travel time from Colorado Springs to Woodland Park. I now have heat in my RV, thanks to Ron's RV service and this very qualified young man.
I'm a 79 year old retired USAF Computer Professional, and I'm very happy to indorse Ron's RV repair. Thanks again for a "Job well done".

Very impressed. Ron arrived within 2 hours of being called to solve an RV furnace problem that a prior technician had failed to diagnose and fix. Ron was courteous, worked hard to diagnose the problem and when he was done, explained exactly what was wrong and how he went about fixing it. His service rates are more than reasonable. If I have another problem with my RV I will definitely call Ron.

Problem never got fixed. I called to let them know and were rude and told me to never to call rons again. To all untrustworthy and rude.
