I have had multiple items in for repair and they have always done a terrific job. I had a powered PA speaker repaired and a year later the same problem occurred. Rosstronics fixed it the second time for free, something I never expected.



My experience, multiple times, has been that the owner is very helpful, friendly and does excellent work.



Sometimes it takes a while to get things back, other times I have gotten my repair done quickly. It is all a matter of how backed up they are. I have never had a speaker re-coned, so I don't know about that aspect of their repair business. They are great with pro audio stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to come back again and again.

Worst electronics repair shop i have ever done business with!!! Brought a speaker in to get reconed they reconed it with the wrong cone. Brought it back to get fixed and they told me it is fine but the cone in it is noncompatable. I called up there to see how it was going and the owner repeatedly hung up on me and was extremely rude to me. They refuse to fix it or refund my money. Absolutely horrible place and way unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
