I have been going to Salon Frank Paul for 16 years. My experiences have always been wonderful. I have always had my hair cut and colored by Kelly. He can make my thick curly hair, sleek and soft. And when I ask for color it always looks very natural. It never looks fake. I highly recommend going to Salon Frank Paul. And I also highly recommend Kelly!
