Very, very bad experience with this office. Their PA was dismissive and unhelpful as well. It was too much trouble for them to give us a referral, call the pharmacy, or submit billing correctly to our insurance. After trying desperately for weeks to get resolution, we received a letter in the mail saying they will no longer see my husband as a patient.I am so grateful that they finally let us know they are not interested in my husband's health or well being. At a time when their patent was vulnerable and relying on medical care, they couldn't give us the time of day.

I have worked in Doctor's offices for over ten years, I have also moved a lot so I've had several different primary care docs, and I must say I'm very impressed with Dr. O'Donnell and his staff! Very friendly, family-oriented, and professional Doctor and staff. My kids and I will continue to come here for medical care for a long time.

Dr. O'Donnell takes the time to really listen to his patients; he may go back and forth from one to the other but does not rush anyone out and really cares.When you call with a question about medications or other, Dr. O'Donnell takes the time to personally return the call and shares pertinent medical advice from his medical journals with his patients. He is down-to-earth and does not act as if he is higher and mightier than anyone but his is extremely knowledgeable and friendly to new and old patients.

I found this office to be very helpful and Dr. O'Donnell very knowledgable. He serves a wide range of patients, and my whole family.
