Billing was a nightmare. I was frequently double billed and there were occasions where they didn't bother to submit it to insurance. The therapists seem to be short term and my kids had multiple therapists so they made no progress. Please find somewhere else for you children.

Trena is fabulous! We have been through MANY PT's (Military family that moves a lot) and she is by far one of the best! She knows how to work with my daughter and doesn't let her "mess around" but also makes it fun. I would tell everyone to go here!

I love the Shandy Clinic. They take Tricare and I've had absolutely no billing issues. They really know how to connect with my son and handle his emotions. The OTs are great.

The clinic has fantastic speech therapists and most of their OTs are wonderful but the billing staff is awful. They do not know the specifics of coverage. They do not send statements or paper bills. They just demand money and expect you to hand it over without a breakdown of charges or a reasonable amount of time to pay. Make sure you monitor how much you are paying in or their mistakes could cost you big time.

Terrible service. Untrained billing office sends wrong information to insurance time and again. After hours trying to straighten them out they send the bill to collections rather than fix their mistakes. Stay far away. Call the resource exchange instead.
