I've trained at this dojo for about ten years and enjoy the mental and physical challenges of each class. A great combination of traditional martial arts and practical self-defense.

Instructors are great with breaking it down and I don't feel out of place as a female taking the training here. The women's self defense class is wonderful and super informative. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone interested in martial arts and/or self defense. :)
