Very nice store and very cool people working there. ..................................................

A regular customer of the Smoker City on W. Colorado Ave., I made my usual drive from Lake George to their store yesterday. I make this trip about once or twice per month to buy their Largo brand pipe tobacco. This trip was going to be special trip, as I intended to start looking into buying a nicotine vaporizer.



When I arrived at their store, I found that they had no less than 10 different devices. Being totally ignorant on which ecig (vaporizer) would be best for me, I started writing down the names of the devices, and their prices with the idea of looking them up on the Internet, and deciding which one to come back for.



At some point, a middle-aged man confronted me, asking me what I was doing, and I explained to him that I was trying to learn more about vaporizers with the hopes of coming back for one. This guy seemed to be quite paranoid, and ordered me to stop writing down the names of the devices, so I stopped what I was doing, and asked him to help me in determining which device would be best suited for me. All this man could tell me was to pick one, and buy it - absolutely no help whatsoever. I told him that I would probably just get it online, and he said that would be fine. After figuring out that this guy was a prick, I cut my vaporizer research off, focusing on getting my Largo pipe tobacco, and getting the hell out of there.



After the above mentioned frustration in receiving such poor customer service, I decided to call my brother who is much more knowledgeable in e-cigs, vaporizers, and the such. My brother suggested that I drive to a place called "J Vapes" on N. Academy Blvd., for which I did. A much friendlier atmosphere, I was greeted by a very friendly, young lady who was more than happy to give me a quick course on vaporizers. She even had me sample several of the e-liquids available. This was like a breath of fresh air compared to my experience with the disgruntled guy at Smoker City. I walked out of J Vapes with an awesome vaporizer, the itaste MVP 3.0 with the Atlantis tank attatched to it, and e-liquid filled into it. My total purchase was$141 out the door, and I drove back up to Lake George with a really nice vaporizer system knowing that I had made the right decision with the help of J Vapes.



In ending, I can say that J Vapes took the time to gain a new customer, and ended up making a $141 sale, and the paranoid guy at Smoker City made a $20 sale on pipe tobacco.

nice store but on 08/30/14 i seen one nasty girl there she was very bad talked with two Gentleman she ask 50 % then she try make both Gentleman so sad one of Gentleman walked out side store i seen him was cry ask him what happens i know she so bad he say i well quit in my jobs i hope own store help both Gentleman
