We got to the sonic at 830pm and ordered 3 shakes and 1 drink. Two people pulled up beside us about 10 minutes later and ordered there stuff. They had both gotten their drinks and good within 10 minutes of ordering. At 910pm we pushed the bottom to tell them not to bother making them, since we didn't matter. The girl said "well they are already mad" so we said "ok so where are they?" The girl on the headset say there and kept talking and just pissing us off even more. Finally while she was still talking the poor car hop(the ONLY car hop) brought us our stuff, we still had to PAY FOR THEM, FULL PRICE. You could even tell that they had been sitting there for a while because if how they looked. We were at this sonic for over 45 minutes waiting for Our stuff. NEVER again

not good customer service

i went to this sonic to order food sat in the drive waiting for someone to take my order for over 15 mins and no one ever took my order or answered , finally went and pulled up to the side and placed my order i will never ever go ther again and my boyfrend wont either
