I have been at Southern Cross Dental for the past 10 years and have always had wonderful experiences with the staff. Thier hygienist’s have always been so wonderful and excellent. Unfortunately since new ownership and new front desk management, we will be moving our business. The front desk is rude and thier schedules seem way more important then that of thier clients. The huffing on the phone and the miss communication got to the point where it was ridiculous. I am not sure if they are in financial hardship but getting phone calls at my work, minutes after my oldest leaves the dental office, asking for money is very unprofessional. Especially before the claim has been submitted to the insurance company of before we have even seen a bill. I would not recommend to any family going there. Although I do like the dentist and his wife. They are very family oriented and that is why I gave them two more chances. As of the last infuriating conversation with the office manager, I have decided to pull all my business and take it to someone who is patient and professional.

Excellent staff. I had extensive work done, two root canals, all four wisdom teeth extracted, deep cleaning and several fillings done and it was all relatively painless. The receptionist/billing personell are friendly and do all they can to help with insurance, and the doctors/ hygenists are very friendly and put you at ease as well as excellent at their profession. I highly recommend them. The cherry on top is affordabliy. I switched over from promier dental and it was a great switch! I moved recently and I do miss their office!

I aske dfor a summation of my charges. The chief receptionist in a very rude tone "I will send you a print out ." No "have a good day" or nothing.
