Owner/Broker, Mortgage Masters, Inc. and Spiers Real Estate, Inc. wrote a contract on my home for her buyers. While we were still under contract, she and her buyers put an offer on another home on March 5, 2015. She terminated our contract on March 6, 2015. When I approached her with this information and that it was illegal her response was that I couldn't prove how many homes her clients were interested in purchasing.
