If you're considering moving in here .... DON"T!! RUN before its too late. TCG Property Management are crooks and they should all be in jail. This property has mold everywhere and they do nothing about it! They never respond to issues with the building. They not only will not give you you're deposit back, they drum up numerous other charges and hold you hostage to pay for all or will send to collections. You do not want to jeopardize your health and safety by living here.

They do not clean the apartments between residents, the staff is pretty rude and unprofessional, and they keep the security deposit no matter how clean you leave the place. All and all, do not live hear.

Not only do the windows let in cold air and dust, not even just a little, but then you're required to pay higher utilities (approx $70 not including electricity) due to this issue. The windows freeze over, on the inside. For 8 months of my stay they "forgot" to bill me for utilities (this was my first ever apartment), then sent me a lump sum bill stating that I owed them for the mistake they made. When I made an agreement with them that I would pay half, I figured this would have been the resolution but in all reality they took the remainder out of my security deposit when I moved out and called it "outstanding amount". The ceiling and walls in the bathroom become spotted with yellow due to not having proper ventilation even with the bathroom door open at all times during showers. I had to scrub the ceiling when I moved out, I even did all of the cleaning listed on the page they sent me but was still charged $85 for "cleaning". When I was cleaning before I left I found long black hairs painted into all of the painted surfaces this includes walls and closets/pantry. If you want to save your sanity, move elsewhere.

If you are considering living here based on the great distance from UCCS and being by a walking trail, please think again. That is just the silver lining they dazzle in front of you to sign the lease. What this place really does is move you in at times w/o the apt being fully cleaned, they do not follow through on their word, change rent rates and just hope you don't notice during lease signing--oh and with NO reason at all, office people can go either way, either terribly bad or decent in taking action for your needs, maintenance takes a while to get to things--it's not their fault though, they split the poor maintenance guys between multiple properties. If it were not due to the location and being a college student, I would have been gone already. This place is such a joke...do NOT have high expectations when moving in here. Oh I almost forgot to mention, they are right by a cement factory and DUST is a MAJOR problem; the windows are old and out-dated, when the wind blows directly at them dirt actually accumulates on the window sill that seeps in from the gaps--this is with the windows locked, the walls are thin and you can hear most neighbors doing all kinds of things--the worst part is that most tenants recognize this place for what it is and have little respect for the property.
