Windows were scheduled to be cleaned on a Monday. They then rescheduled for Wednesday between 7:30-8:30. They arrived after 9:00. I was quoted $2 per window pane. The actual price was $4 per window. The total price was almost $300. Our windows look good, but I feel they are just out to make as much as they can in a short amount of time. We will never use them again.

I called Squeaky Clean Window Cleaning in early October to schedule window cleaning prior to Thanksgiving guests arriving. I waived the need for a quote to be seen more quickly and still waited 6 wks for an appt. My appt was on 12 Nov and on 10 Nov I received a call that my appt on 12 Nov was cancelled due to bad weather that was expected (or it was the day after Veteran's Day and they wanted a long holiday? Who knows...)In the message he told me that they promised to get me in before Thanksgiving as I requested if I just called to reschedule. I called on 11 Nov, 13 Nov and now a total of four times in the week since I was supposed to have my appt. All my calls were placed during their posted business hours and yet no one has ever bothered to answer my calls. After FOUR unanswered calls I finally called other window places in the area and the earliest they can come out is 1 December. So my window will be filthy when my guests arrive despite me planning TWO MONTHS in advance for them to be cleaned and trusting that not only would this company keep their promised appointment but also fufill the promise they stated in the voicemail from 10 Nov promising to get me rescheduled and my windows cleaned before Thanksgiving. I chose this business because of their BBB accreditation and their great reviews... clearly their customer service has gone insanely downhill since the last time they were accredited.
