I've been using Summit for 8 years and in the past 6 months they have completely failed! They lost a Beautiful blouse from my order, still missing over 60 days later. I brought my husband's uniform pants in for a small stich repair only to pick them up with the issue unresolved but the already clean pants, re-drycleaned..and they still charged me! I'm livid with them.

Jennifer, Thank you for using our cleaners for such a long time. Im sorry that you have had issues with us lately. Every so often we make mistakes which lead to us loosing your blouse. If I had a way to recover your blouse I would, unfortunately since we couldn't find your blouse all we could do is pay you in full the cost of the item. I checked your account and you were not charged for the alteration that was not performed nor were you charged for it's cleaning. We use a detailed inventory system at Summit Cleaners, where every item has a very small barcode attached to it. This item, and its barcode, gets tracked from the point it was dropped off, through production, storage, and delivery. Not only are we able to track the garment while it is in our store, we also track how many times the item has been cleaned by Summit and who it belongs to. On the 17th of October Bradley dropped off three sport coats, he calls them jackets. On this day we only received eleven sport coats for cleaning, three of which belonged to Bradley. All of the other 8 sport coats belonged to existing customers and had been in our store before; this was Bradley’s first visit to our store. I do not know why Bradley would be motivated to claim we lost his sport coat, but I can prove that the jackets we presented to him on pick up are the jackets he dropped off for cleaning. From the outside it may be confusing how we keep track of all the clothing in the store, if you would like a quick tour or explanation how our system works don’t hesitate to contact our store (719-282-8203) or pay us a visit.

If I could rate 0 I would. They lost my jacket and were really non helpful. I have them almost a month to find it and they didn't help at all they literally said "agree to disagree" and wouldn't reimburse me or anything
