This store is completely without merit.

Summir respiratory at 4715 Town Center Dr. Colorado Springs, Colorado is the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. I got a ProBasics Nebulizer 9-2014 it lasted 2 years 1 month I took it back to get a replacement they said we don't give a warranty with product. I told them the manufacturer had a 5 year warranty. So they found a old used one in the back of the store for me to use. I came home called manufacturer they said I would have to go back to where I bought it as they only deal business to business. I called Summit at town center and told them what the manufacturer said. She had no intention to help me, She only talked over me when I said this appears to be a scam and then she hung up phone. I intend to call Medicare and report this about buying from Probasics and Summit Respiratory at Town Center Drive Colorado Springs, Colorado.

In Caifornia, oxygen concentrators were serviced on a regular basis. The last time I asked for service after a YEAR, it took five appointments before anyone showed up. Now, my concentrator does not work at all, and I was told I would get a call back today. I didn't get a call, and I have no oxygen. Do not use this company.

Driver comes quickly to replace defective concentrator.Supplies delivered a few days after request.Customer service is always friendly and helpful.

Terrible company! If you can avoid using this company do it at all costs. They never drop off or pick up equipment when they say they will.. Apparently there was a mix up with insurance and they never got paid from insurance but never bothered to tell me about it once in over three years..so they came and picked up my six year old daughters oxygen leaving her without when when desperatly needs it.

This is NOT a retail outlet. All supplies are ordered and shipped to patient addresses. Shipping is not possible to a PO Box. The staff is not familiar with this practice and there is no communication about level of service between the two locations in Colorado Springs. If you need disposable sleep apnea supplies such as replacement nasal pillows you can purchase those online at a lower cost and the customer service is excellent.

As a potential new customer I was trying to get an approximate delivery time. The lady on the phone told me that she could not help me even though all I needed was to know if the delivery would be in the morning or afternoon. When I moved to Colorado Springs from a big city, I had thought that customer service might go down a little, but I never expected the lack of concern for customers that I received from Summit Respiratory.
