Made appt for vaccinations for my child who has Colorado Access CHP+. They said they don't do vaccinations for CHP+. When I made the appt it was for vaccinations. I called Colorado Access, who said that they are required to vaccinate as part of their contract. They phoned Sunrise while I was on hold. Sunrise couldn't find their copy of the contract. I lost half a days wages. They wouldn't allow me to come back in that day. They also collected a copay for the well check they performed when we were there, which there is no charge for. My mom went back to get the physical form and refund and they were rude, argumentative, almost hostile. She dealt with the office director and other office personnel. We will find another provider for my daughter's vaccinations as this organization does not know what they are doing.
