I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ANSWER. WHEN THEY DID PICK UP, THEY HUNG UP IMMEDIATELY. THIS MAKES ME THINK THAT THEY WILL TREAT ME LIKE AN INCONVIENENCE WHEN I BECOME A GUEST. I CAN TELL YOU THAT THIS IS ONE PLACE I WON'T BE STAYING AT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
