STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! They completely ruined my comforter! They WASHED it instead of dry cleaning it. They did not read the tag that said DRY CLEAN ONLY. Then blamed it on me. When I asked to be compensated for the comforter they said they would call me about the situation AFTER the weekend. I feel that this is not honest and not taking any accountability for their business or employees.

Tried this place last week, they did a wonderful job with the dry cleaning, even got a discount for trying them for the first time. The staff was friendly, will definitely go back again.

STAY AWAY! I would not recommend this place to any one. First off, they make you prepay for your dry cleaning. I've NEVER heard of that before in my life. They also charge you a fifty cents EPA fee per item you have dry cleaned. I didn't get a warm feeling from them at all, but I figured I would give them a chance despite the annoying prepay and their rude attitude. I took three pair of trousers there and when I was about to leave after I picked them up, I saw that sign that says in small print, that if you take your items out of the building and later find something wrong it, then your screwed and they will not fix it. I promptly told them to have it in larger print, they told me they were not going to do that. So I stood there for 5 minuets going over each pair of trousers to make sure they were clean and pressed properly. So STAY AWAY even if it means driving an extra mile or two out of your way, it will be worth it.

Don't let the name fool you! They charge $1.89 for some items. I was unaware of this and they charged me $13.00 for a dress I paid $5.00 for. I kept trying to figure out why my bill was so high. I had quite a few articles. I was on my way to work so I was in a hurry. When I got some time in my day to try and figure it out I called to question them. Well they charged $13.00 for the dress and another, higher price, for a sweater. I told them I did not want to get the dress dry cleaned but he said they had already completed the dry cleaning on it.I figure if you say you charge $1.89 you should be customer service oriented enough to inform the customer when items do not fall under the rule for the price quote. I have not taken another item to them and I never will. That was my first and last experience with the likes of a rip-off
