I hired this company to install gutters on a pole barn. There were some delays that were not really explained, but the installation happened fast enough to not be a big issue. However, the installer was not prepared to do the work when he finally did arrive. I had to let him borrow my ladder and a few tools. Granted, my barn is tall, so I didn't make a fuss about this, but I don't like lending my tools out to people especially when they're being paid to do work.

The installation appeared to be done correctly, so I paid and that was that. However, several months later, issues started to manifest in the ways you would expect: the gutters were not draining properly. After climbing the ladder to take a look, I found that nearly 20 feet of gutter was completely unattached. I knew something was wrong because there was a noticeable sag, but I had no idea almost 40% of the gutter wasn't even connected to the building. The installer simply stopped before he was finished and then billed me for it. I also found the metal cutouts from the downspouts still in the gutter, which was blocking the flow of water.

I emailed the owner to try to rectify the situation. He was nice both times he responded and he said we would figure out a way to take care of it, but that seems to have been lip service with no actual intent to remediate the issue. I was willing to pay for the repair because it's become a significant issue, but I don't have time to continue begging for help, so I'm going to do it myself and move on. I would recommend that you find another company for your gutters because there seems to be no support or customer service if anything goes wrong.
