For the most part, the staff is very friendly and pleasant.
The wait times vary on days, I've seen minutes and I've seen nearly an hour.
Each month, they have a promotion to give each donor a chance to earn bonuses, and often hold events.
The only problem I've ever encountered (other than long wait times), has been a restick a couple of times. Other than that, I've never had any issues with them.

these guys do not respect donors!

incompetent help, rude managers

for the same bottle of plasma biomat sells for 700$.

disappointing

Their communication is awful. They take blood samples and

don`t let you know results. You are responsible to call to find out.

No one talks to you if something

is wrong. They assume that you

should know answers. When you

ask for help, they tell you nothing.

They don`t tell you if you are no

longer able to donate. They give

you no explanation. They are not

there to help you. It seems that

they don`t care about a person. I

guess they figure that there are

plenty other people that will

donate.

Just moved here to Colorado an...

Just moved here to Colorado and thought it might help my bottom line to donate plasma. We went THREE times. First, they have a sign in process harder than most military bases. So they needed a social security card . . a driver's license wasn't enough. Well, I'm unpacking, it was a pain to find it. THEN their antiquated equipment claimed my bp was 225/120. I'm sorry . . but my bp has never been over 190. And that is pretty dangerous, but they did not suggest that I get medical help or anything. So we came back a THIRD time. This time my FIRST bp was in range. . like 179/89. Still high but I could donate. Except they made me wait another half an hour to see a doctor and SHE got it at 193/110. In the meantime, some inebriated man came in. He was staggering and laughing loud and obnoxiously and drinking coffee. All the people came out and looked at him . . but they took him. THEY TOOK HIM to donate blood with alcohol or drugs in his system as well as caffeine.

On top of that, they treat you like trash. I get that poor folks go there and are OBVIOUSLY not worthy of being treated well. But I expect to be treated well and I did not get that. I was treated like a brain dead idiot.

Takes too long

The actual plasma donation isn't that long but the wait to go into the room to donate is some times over 2 or 3 hours. My first visit was close to 7 hours. If the wait was not so long I would be a regular visitor. I have not been in over a year because of it. More staff would be helpful to make the waiting time shorter.
