Lemons are sold here. I bought a lemon of a truck here that will cost me an additional $2-3000 dollars to repair the head gasket on top of what I paid to purchase it. Get the vehicle inspected by your mechanic or you're stuck. Avoid this place like the plague. Go to a reputable dealer instead. When confronted with the required repair costs, the owner will deny everything and recite the lemon law which he knows all too well. You sign the paperwork and drive off the lot, it's your problem now.

Provided by YPmobileBought a lemon of a truck here. It will cost me an additional 3,000 to get the head gasket repaired. They'll sell you a lemon, so have the vehicle checked out by your mechanic. Do not buy a car here. The owner is as untrustworthy as they come. They'll lose your paperwork too. Don't make the same mistake I did- go to a reputable dealer instead.

I recentley purchased a car from the folks at the Car Show. It turned out to be a very easy experience. I apprecaited the fact that they were honest and forthwright with me and did not play some of the games I have seen at other dealerships. I believe I got a fair price and am happy with my vehicle. I have no problem recommedning them. Very good guys.

Kept trying to talk me into buying cars well out of my price range. Both days I was there the car I test drove was on empty (gas). Had car inspected by my mechanic and found it needed $1000 in repairs but salesman denied them. Requested a VIN verification for my motorcycle and waited 15 minutes for them to come outside to help me. Really disappointed I spent so much time with them. Was obvious they care little about honest dealings and keeping my business. Wouldn't recommend.

Provided by YP.comThe negative remarks about The Car Show really surprise me, since it's so completely different from what I've experienced. I'm certain there must be quite a bit more to this customer's one-sided account, so I would keep that in mind when reading complaints of this nature. Almost since Dave opened the doors, I've been a customer at The Car Show and I have never seen any of the kind of this customer mentioned. I've spent a lot of time at his store, many times just looking at the inventory for future possibilities, and everyone is friendly and helpful. For more than 20 years, I've purchased vehicles and RVs from them and used their service facility regularly. When they don't have what I'm looking for, they eventually find something and give me a call. They have always done exactly as promised and I have found them trustworthy and dependable - never a reason to question their integrity. I don't hesitate to recommend them to others and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comBuyer Beware!
We looked at a vehical here, noticed a few things that we didn't like, mentioned them to the salesman, and continued shopping elsewhere. Later that week my husband decided to go back and check out the truck one more time. They took all of his reccomendations (such as a new windshield) and they told us that they gave the truck a "full service" and "tune up" so I was going to be more than originally. We decided to make an offer and purchased the truck.
20 DAYS LATER THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. They refused to do anything about it.
Additionally, it took us over 18 days to get the title from them to register our vehical, even though USAA Bank confirmed the dealership recieved thier money. And if you have any issues the only person who will speak to you- and NEVER CALL YOU BACK- is their secretary. If she is out, dont expect anyone to know whats going on.
Over all, I have never experienced such horrible customer service, laziness, and disrespect. Dont waste your time- there are far better dealers in the area.
On the first business day following the sale to this customer, our title clerk received a call from New Hampshire Motor Vehicle. Our customer was at Motor Vehicle to register her vehicle – she was in the process of moving from New Hampshire to Colorado and wished to register it there before she left. After speaking with motor vehicle, the customer called our office. The state registration process was then explained to her, as well as our company policies for releasing title (i.e. verification of funds). We do our best to accommodate those who have a time crunch, but due to current privacy laws, information is not always readily available in order to expedite the process. We encountered a hurdle or two in this case, but thanks to the diligent efforts of our title clerk and others, to include numerous calls to all parties concerned in and out of state, the title work was sent out certified 8 business days following her purchase. (The state requirement is within 30 days.) As for her service issue, she and her husband made an offer on the vehicle AS IS and their offer was accepted; a warranty was recommended, but declined. Although we do quite frequently help out with post purchase repairs, they asked for reimbursement for repairs to be done at another facility without an opportunity for our mechanic to diagnose the problem; this we were not willing to do. Since we opened our doors in the late 80s, it has been our goal to treat others as we would like to be treated, and we advise our team to do the same. These folks obviously feel we fell well short of the mark in their case, and it is disheartening to see this negative impression of us. Thankfully, we have countless happy patrons with whom we’ve done business for all these years, and they encourage us on a regular basis!

This dealership is a complete mess. Looked at a car, and we didnt make an offer, went back a week later to make an offer and the price went up because they gave it a "full service"- we bought it anyway. 20 days later check engine light is on and they refuse to do anything about it.Additionally, it took us over 18 days to get the title from them to register our vehical, even though USAA Bank confirmed the dealership recieved thier money. I would like to say that Jerry and the mechanic Barry and by far the reason I keep coming back and buying. These 2 people are amazing. True reps and they are very honest, good men. Ask for them and you wont go wrong. They will be honest, trust worthy, and wont lie. Very good business because of these 2 fine gentlemen.

The owner is a bit odd, and doesnt treat the workers as well as he should, but the mechanics are surperb. Especially one specific one I found. Very honest and reliable. I have never had a problem with him every and always has a smile. I wouldnt come back if it wasnt for him! Trailers are all the same brand, but they give good deals on cars.
