First, we purchased my wife a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Jim Carroll at Faricy Boys; the staff and service was excellent.

On a severely diminished stock due to the Springs hail storm, Jim still managed to find my wife the perfect Jeep with all the options she wanted.

We enjoyed the Jeep and service so much, we returned a few weeks later and Jim once again helped me find an even more difficult series of options in a Cherokee Trailhawk.

We did have some small issues with the service department, and we learned the only slightly negative thing I’d have to say: ‘they really are better at fixing the Jeeps, than customer service.’

If you have any other issues, talk to sales.

Talk the person who sold you the vehicle, talk to the sales manager (whom I found to be extremely reasonable, understanding and fair).

But the service department offers very little customer service or assistance beyond ‘we can fix that’.

Definitely see sales if you have any other issues, they will help you better.
