During our first consultation regarding child support, Fennick, in her own words said that obtaining it would be "low hanging fruit" however after hiring her and paying $10K, I do not have that child support for my permanently disabled son. Another matter I hired her for was handled with an incredible lack of responsiveness. The case was closed, she demonstrated a complete unawareness, drew up documents which did not include details she took notes on such as my request for a life insurance policy as the divorce stated. She was also requested to file a name change. She did not perform the work I paid her for in entirety. She abruptly withdrew then brushed me aside regarding refunding me. She stated that I consented to her withdrawal in her email and stated that my resuscitation of facts was incorrect and simply stopped responding to my request for refunds. I did not consent to her withdrawal, in fact, I was confused why she suddenly withdrew as she did not provide explanation and I believed we were still working on my pursuit. I believed that because she asked me to meet in her office to refresh her on the case. After that meeting, she did not include a few matters such as the Life Insurance details which were on the second page of her notes but not included in the document she was preparing. She said was going to provide billing history and did not follow through. I found her response time was lax as I had to reach out to her seeking the status of her filing document which was handled without attention to detail. I want a partial refund but am under the impression that she has completely brushed me aside.
