I am an NCO would was injured in my numerous tours in Iraq, now I am seperating from the Army my 30 notice was to end within the first few days of November. Now if you are military you know how things work, hurry up and wait, so I am waiting for military contract movers to pick up my stuff in the mean time like I said I have put in my 30 day notice. Now when I did I asked " If I need to can I stay 1 or 2 days if needed I will pay for those extra days" the leasing clerk replied " NO PROBLEM". And as you can guess I need to stay 2 yes 2 extra days. Now the manager tells me, you have to leave and PAY to have your items moved out, I need that apartment. Eventhough I told her look your assistant told me that if I needed to stay I could "no problem "she made a statement representing this bussiness and you, you have to honor that, the fact that she over shot her "RANK" buy telling me that, that does not make it my problem. I have had numerous problems with the complex from appliances breaking all the time to getting fined for pet debris (poop) when I was not even in the state I was in virginia training and showed them my orders showing where and when I was there. This facility is very rude, and as a Senior NCO I WOULD NOT recommend this place.
