Provided by YP.comMy family just found this place and are just stunned at the quality of the meat. I'm a chef, so I know quality meat when I see it. 2/3rd's Choice and Prime are the only things he carries. Love the marbling and quality. Plus, they are all U.S. farms that the meat comes from. Family owned, which I always love to support instead of the executives at Walmart or some chain store.

Provided by YP.comThe best bone in Rib-eyes that I have had in a long time. Choice cuts with the perfect marbling. They grilled so good, tasted even better! Also, got some excellent smoked Applewood bacon and butcher bacon is always the best. I never shop at walmart, king soopers, or Costco for my meat. Go get it from the source because they get the best cuts from the farm!
