I made an appointment online for a notary service for today. I received an email this morning confirming the appointment. When I arrived at the store the manager said he didn't know anything about it and they do not offer that service. I asked if he knew of another place nearby that offered the service. He said, "I think there's a place on that street over there". I said, " what's the name of the street? " His response was, "I don't know, google it".
A couple if suggestions for the owner of this business:
1. Please remove the service from your website if it's not available
2. Get some staff with a little more customer service.
