We've been going to the Tick Tock Shop for years. Lots of watch battery replacements, one cleaning of a small Howard Miller wall clock, and purchase of two larger wall clocks as gifts. We have always been very happy with the service and, of course, any visit has to include walking around and looking at the incredible selection of heirloom quality grandfather clocks... someday we will buy one!

I went to this shop many years ago with a large clock that had fallen off the wall. The first person I encountered was nice and said he would try to repair it. When handing it to him, the owner came out and starting yelling like a maniac saying he wasn't going to fix my clock and basically to get out of his store. Being the only African American in the store, I took this as racial. I left his store and swore to never go back again..which I haven't and I tell everyone I can to never go there.
