Provided by YP.comStay away..unclean. I sent a very large package out through here, guaranteed delivery by noon the next day, cost me over $300.00, it would have been half that if I could have printed my postage online, but their service wasn't working correctly at the time. I asked if they would honor the price in the store vs the Online price since the issue is theirs and they told me "NO", you have to pay full price. After trying to get it done online for a few hours, I bucked up and went in to the office. They were fantastically rude, as if by requiring them to do work, I was ruining their life. Plus, they were all north of 75 at least (not that there's anything wrong with that, I know plenty of people that age who can hustle, but these people...NOOOOO) Regardless, I paid, I left, everything was done...then the package never shows up. I put in the tracking number and it tells me it left their sorting facility the night before, but nothing else, it never arrived anywhere. I spent about 35 more minutes trying to get a human, then just track it the exact way I had and also informed me it wasn't there (genius) . but, they couldn't tell me where the package is, when or if it will arrive, nothing. I have to open a case. mind you, this package is very big and couldn't not be lost easy, the address is in Black Marker in an area about 12"x10". Totally went overboard so one couldn't miss it. So, I went down and waited in line for 40 more minutes, for my "100% money back Guarantee". I have to fill out a form, and then the lady comes back in and informs me, I can't get the money back until the package is delivered, so they know why it didn't make it there in time. She also cannot tell me where the package is, nor can tell me when and if it will ever be delivered. It they lose if for 7 days, then they will refund my money without it's delivery That's Great. I will never use the United States Postal Server for anything ever again. They are incompetent, they couldn't give two sh*ts about their customers or customer server. it's no one that they are going out of business even when UPS charges almost Double their prices, people are willing to pay it because they will actually do what they are supposed to. I wish I could give it a - 10 stars, worst ever, most incompetent ever. makes my want to be a dooms day prepper

Provided by YP.comI am new to Colorado Springs. I was heading South on Academy from Academy/Woodmen. The post office I was trying to reach was on Academy/Montebello. I turned left on the FIRST Montebello, not knowing there was a second, further Southbound on Academy. I eventually found the post office, I parked my car across the street, and ran across the street to make it before closing. It was 5:58 PM, it closed at 6:00 PM. There was a a portly African - American man closing the blinds when I ran up. I had been calling this Post Office a few times to get the location straight and I had been told by the operator that he'd be on the look out for me, although I was lost and counting on a favor. The African/American man (I did not get his name) just looked upon me and said, verbatim: "You've got the wrong guy, WE'RE CLOSED.", and turned me away a minute early. I fully intend to return tomorrow and get the man's name. He was incredibly insensitive and decided on the part of the USPS and the taxpayer's dollar to close early. He was remarkably offensive and disgusting, electing to get off early instead of helping a fellow neighbor out at the last second.
