Diagnosed the problem and was able to provide a solution

I walked into the shop with tailbone pain caused by pinched nerves at L 4 and 5. The owner took about 30 minutes and came up with a solution. I bought two pairs of rocker shoes and have had very little back pain since. They really take their time and listen so that they can make a good diagnosis. Would recommend this store to anyone with back, leg or foot pain.

Very Impressive

I am a nurse, on my feet alot and recently had foot surgery. So my doctor referred me to this store for properly fitting shoes and shoe inserts, Meg, was so very helpful- fitted the right size shoe- and the shoe insert was very reasonably priced- I have had custom orthotics and this insert is just as good- if not better! Meg not only was friendly and well informed- she educated me about why I needed the shoe insert and the properly fitted shoe. I will definitely go back!!!

Excellent knowledge of how to help foot problems with their shoes and arch supports

Very attractive store with lots of nice looking shoes that are healthy. Had to wait my turn but the staff take their time understanding my problems and finding the best solutions. Not pushy and definitely did not try to make me buy a custom orthotic like the other store.
