John and his wife are wonderful! I have been going to them for over 2 years and I refer all my friends and family. There is sometimes a wait (even if you have an appointment) but that is because John does such a nice job and makes sure he takes the time on each and every person to make sure they are happy and his work is perfect. He does his best to squeeze ppl in when there is something like a broken nail and sometimes that and/or schedule delays cause appointments to run over. I guarantee it is worth the wait though. I get compliments on my nails all the time and refer everyone here. Great customer service and a quality nail job is, in my opinion, worth the extra time. John has never rushed through doing my nails, risking something not being perfect, just because there is someone waiting...and I can appreciate that even when I am the person waiting. Make sure to make an appointment though!

It is hard to get an appointment with John and even with an appointment the overooking causes delays and a disrespect to the client. Over the last year I have continually waited 15-30 minutes past my appointment time while John is working on another client. He is the only nail tech in the salon. A year ago there were 3 nail techs and 2 pedicure techs as compared to the present- Jon and his wife. Once again, when I arrived for my most recent appointment, John was no where near ready to see me. He was in the middle of a process with another nail client. I have reached my max and will go elsewhere.
