I told the lady on the phone what the driver did. She insisted that I was the one lying even after I told her there was video and offered to e-mail it to her. I cancelled

Provided by YP.comI have used WSI for about 3 years and can't honestly say why I am still with them. I think I have received 1 invoice out of the 3 years so I pay my bill when I think it's due and about how much I think it is. I figure if it's not right they'll send me something. Also their policy is that if it's not in the can it won't be picked up, but the driver consistently is pulling bags out of the can and leaving them on my sidewalk. So when I get home there are trash bags that I have to put back into the can and wait another week for them to be picked up. Why do I pay for half-a$$ trash service when I could probably have all my trash taken away weekly and get some kind of a bill for the same price. I will be finding a new trash service this week!!!

You literally pay for what you get. Although they may be cheaper than the others they are also very lazy. My trash pick up was skipped two weeks in a row. Then when I cancelled my trash I was told a manager would call me. Yeah, a manager never did. I am also waiting on my refund still it has been past two weeks. I have called but for some reason this company doesn't answer their phone.

Provided by YP.comWSI was not the first company I contacted when I first moved into the area for garbage containers and collection; but if you want the service you pay for they’re who I recommend. For large items they will pick them up as well with a prearranged phone call and an additional fee. WSI has always served me well and lived up to my expectations for timely reliable service.

Last Friday my trash was not picked up. On calling them this morning, Monday, they stated that my trash was not picked up for lack of payment. The receptionist did state that my payment check had arrived in Saturday's mail. My issue: Bills are supposed to be paid within 10 business days of receipt. 10 business days is tomrrow!

I have been a customer for over three years when I moved into the area I wanted to use a local business and signed up with them after looking at the prices of other trash companies in town. Their rates are the best I could find and when gas prices went up they kept their prices low. I am completely satisfied with my service and would recommend them to anyone.

We were customers for almost three years until December 2009. We put out our trash on Christmas eve morning. The trash was never picked up. Thinking that it was a holiday, we didn't think anything of it until the following week. After still no pick up, we call the company who said that their driver "specifically remembered" that our trash wasn't out - seriously, I guess they don't have very many customers if the driver can remember each individual house. When I told the manager that his driver was mistaken, he became confrontational, refused to come get the trash, told me that we woudl have additional charges the following week for having too many bags. I told him that we would not be renewing our contract, so he sent the driver to our house. The driver DUMPED the trash out of the rental can, and left two weeks worth of trash in our driveway. Don't do business with these people - they're crazy!!!!!

Shortly after beginning their service I guess I made the grave mistake of putting out a container without their logo on it, of course their driver could not be expected to use common sense and realize that my address was that of paying customer and pick it up anyway. So the following week I had two containers of trash, one with their logo on it, one without... they only bothered to dump the half full container with their logo. Now I am stuck with three week old trash. After calling to complain, I was only left further dissatisfied after being made to feel like an idiot by Chris the manager. Needless to say, I have cancelled the service and gone with one of the other five garbage services that drives by my house every Thursday, there are too many other options out there to put up with such poor service. Their recycling service is also a joke!

Once a year, my hubby and I rent a roll off from them. Even in the height of the high gas prices, their prices stayed the same. They have the best prices in town for roll offs. Going to call them again today.

I have been with Waste Systems for over 20 yrs. During the summer of 08 we cut branches from some trees, we cut all branches into small pieces an placed them into trash bags. Pick - up was Monday, we had 12 bags on the side walk. Driver decided he would take 6 bags and left the rest. I called WS to complain,they explained the problem to me, we can only have 5 bags and to call in advance if we had extra and to put the remainder out fo next weeks pickup. Problem solved?, no, I was charged an extra $13.25 and to to pay by 12/01 which I did not do. 12/15/08 I had 2 small bags out for pick-up which were not. It seems this driver had it out for us after calling WS. I paid what was owed and am now with another company. I was made to feel like some fool when I called to discontinue their service. I has several family members that will soon be discontinueing your service.
