I visited a couple of other monument companies before arriving at Wilhelm. After meeting Judy Wilhelm, there was no need to go further. Here is a lady who everyone should feel comfortable with, who clearly and completely explained things for us and gave helpful hints.



I didn't meet her husband who does all the stonecutting. He comes in very early in the morning and leaves early, so I missed him. He did a marvelous job on our stone, even creating a custom image of a Sego Lilly, which I wanted on our monument to tie my wife and I with our roots in Utah (Utah State flower). I could not ask for better quality and service and the prices are in line with other companies in the area.

My parents purchased their headstone from Wilhelm Mounument Company many years ago. One of the vases on my (deceased) father's headstone broke off. I phoned Wilhelm and was delighted when Ms.Judy Wilhelm answered. Ms. Wilhelm was extremely friendly. I could "hear the smile" in her voice. Ms. Wilhelm phoned to inform me after Wilhelm promptly reattached the vase. Unfortunately, outstanding customer service is rare indeed. How refreshing it was to speak to a friendly voice, rather than voice mail. I am also delighted that my needs were promptly met! I highly recommend Wilhelm Monument Company. I rate their customer service as A+!
