The dental assistant was rude and needs to take classes in customer service. The charge for the anesthetic was unreasonable and I was still uncomfortable during the service. I was over-charged $25 for the visit, for no explanation, and then was told if I like the office on facebook, my account would be credited $25. The unfair billing and lack of customer service makes this office not worth going to.
