I have to pause to try and find the words that accuratly share my experience with Carol. Upon meeting her she was attentive and WANTED to hear what had happened with my accident. The first concern on her agenda was to get me better, first physically, then she was suppotive of my emotional frustration and shared my anger with out judging me. I always felt like I was her number one priority and yet I was very aware that I was not. Communication was available at the pick up of a cell phone and she was always available. We filed the claim in June 2010 and by early Febuary 2012 she had me awarded with policy limits. She was not only fair with her compensation buy also much more resonable than any one else, When you need a strong shoulder as well as a stronger arm Carol Zeisler is the best choice.
