Provided by YP.comDon't even go NEAR this place. We spent over a year shopping diesel RV's across 3 states. Talked to a salesman at Colton Giant RV and we liked how we were treated. He appeared to be sincere about answering what questions we had and helped us find the coach we wanted. When we obviously had settled on the rig we wanted to buy, the first salesman was IMMEDIATELY removed from the rv where we were talking and the "closer" and his crony took over. We were lied to about using a credit card for the down payment(the "closer" said it was ILLEGAL to use one - it is not, they just didn't want us to do that). After that it went fairly smoothly, then we received the coach. It had the wrong dishwasher installed, so we had to leave it with them again to put the right one in. We finally picked it up and the mess from the installation was not cleaned up, the chassis battery tray was a complete corroded mess and finally we discovered that the coach batteries were not charging properly. The purchase was made in April, 2013, it is now October 2013 and we still do not have a properly operating rig. This was a purchase of a NEW RV, not a used one. Winnebago has been no help and doesn't seem to care that we paid nearly a quarter of a million dollars for a coach and it
was defective at the point of sale and has not yet been repaired. They have our money and we have the problem. These people DO NOT CARE once they have your money!

Provided by YP.comI broke down in my Fleetwood Flair. Steering column and electrical problems. Todd (Service Dept supervisor) from Giant RV told me that they could do repairs but it would take 3 weeks to look at it.
6 weeks later, after me emailing Todd and him rarely replying, they called me and told me that they could not fix the electrical problem. He charged me $360 to repair the steering column and replacing relays. I had vehicle towed to a dealer and the dealer told me that the steering column was not repaired and they needed to replace relays.
I called Todd and his supervisor was supposed to call me but he never did. No follow up and poor service. Don't take your repairs to their shop. Very unsatisfied.

Provided by YP.comStopped in to browse their inventory for a Class B van. Place was quiet and nothing going on with staff. In fact, they looked very bored sitting around. The receptionist pointed me to Marty the salesman. He acted as if I was interrupting his usual "do nothing" daily routine. BAD customer service. Don't bother visiting this place.

Provided by YP.comThis dealership is a total FRAUD, unbelievable. I purchased an RV long distance for $21,500 (way above its book/market value, hoping I am making a purchase from a big dealership, it was my life savings). During sales, whenever I asked a question, they told me not to worry since all RV's go through inspection process and all defects/deficiencies are remedied. Boy, was I wrong. Before the sale, during the sale, and after the sale, they assured me the RV is in top shape, it has a gas furnace etc. and nothing to be worried.
As I undertook my trip back, it came with full surprises. First, there was no heat in the RV, no furnace to light. Most tragic, the engine was bad and started making loud noises (metal hitting metal). I discovered the RV ate 1 quart oil every 150-200 miles and was running on empty oil.
Upon my return to Minneapolis, they still kept me in dark, and waited for time to pass, while I kept spending money on engine diagnosis. They took advantage of my naivety and placing my trust in their dealership. Before sale, they said I have nothing to worry, and during the sale, they said all older vehicles are only sold as-is, but dealership still stands behind their products, which go through inspection process.
However making me pass time (which I spent getting estimates and diagnosis), they came with the most indecent excuse, that sale was as-is, and it was my fault that I bought-into their verbal words and unknowingly bought a junker. SHAME ON YOU GIANT RV. Fate shall catch you (never forget this).

Provided by YPmobileVery unpleasant experience. The salesmen would lie through their teeth to make a sale regardless if the trailer was legal or safe for us to tow. When I complained on another site they called me out by name. Very unprofessional. Look at all their reviews online. They are low for a reason.
