Worst experience of my life! Not only do they have the worst customer service with the main lady screaming at you and not letting you speak, they're also a rip off! They charged me to do a change in my auto insurance policy and they never did the change and then at the end they just said that they "made a mistake and that every human makes mistakes" so I had to pay money for there mistake and they were unwilling to compensate me for their mistake. I just
Want to warn people about this insurance broker because it's not fair what they do, I am definitely going to report them everywhere because on top of them making the mistake they were very rude. My sister called them after hearing what happened to us just to make sure they weren't doing the same to her and they also had all her info screwed up. I payed to have full coverage and they only put liability and these past 3 months I've been confident that I had full coverage because I paid the money but to my surprise that was not the case.

Hit and Go insurance has been my insurance agent for the past 7 years plus and I have alway consider them as family who's outstanding service and peace of mind for all their customers is the number goal ..a great, service above the rest...
